MEET THE TEAM
Ahmad Hammoud
With over 15 years of experience across humanitarian, corporate, and consulting sectors, Ahmad is a senior HR and Organisational Development leader specialising in organisational design, change, and talent development. He currently serves as Career Mentor and Coach with several organisations and has previously held senior HR and consultancy roles with leading organisations including the Norwegian Refugee Council, Azadea Group, and Averda.
Halah Al Banna
With over 10 years of regional HR leadership experience across Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Jordan, Halah is a senior HR leader specialising in organisational structuring, workforce planning, and building people-centered HR systems in complex humanitarian contexts. She currently serves as Regional Head of Human Resources at JRS MENA, leads HR strategy across four countries, and is co-founder of ALTHER, driving innovative HR solutions including AI and modern evaluation frameworks.
