MEET THE TEAM

Ahmad Hammoud

With over 15 years of experience across humanitarian, corporate, and consulting sectors, Ahmad brings a deep understanding of how people, systems, and organisational structures come together. His experience spans workforce planning, organisational development, restructuring, job evaluation, compensation reviews, and large-scale HR policy development across country, regional, and global levels. Before his work in the humanitarian world, Ahmad built his foundation in structured HR practice in the private sector. At ALTEHR, Ahmad helps organisations design HR systems that are practical, people-centred, and built for the realities of work today.

Halah Al Banna

With over 10 years of experience in HR leadership and organisational development across Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Jordan, Halah brings strong regional expertise and a practical understanding of complex HR environments. As Regional Head of HR at Jesuit Refugee Service, she leads the design of HR frameworks across four country offices and over 600 staff, including salary scales, grading structures, and performance systems. Her work also includes the design and implementation of job evaluation and compensation frameworks for INGOs across the MENA region. At ALTEHR, Halah brings a sharp focus on governance, structure, and HR systems that help organisations operate with clarity and consistency.
